And that is why I say, Gluten-free IS LIFE for me. It gave me a life to look forward to, not fear. Going gluten-free didn’t just save my life, it gave me life. ![]() Little did I know, all those years of not feeling well, my body was attacking itself and the gluten-free diet was the only way to put a stop to it. I asked my doctor to be screened and sure enough, that was the start of my new, gluten-free life. Thanks to the gluten-free diet, I feel better now than I've felt for most of my adult life.įor years, I struggled with digestive issues, a bloated stomach, & intense heartburn.Īfter my grandma was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I wondered if that was also the source of my digestive issues.
